foam.tif (796663 bytes)Acoustical Foam:

Absorbing foam is used in a wide variety of applications such as equipment enclosures, machine housings, truck and tractor cabs, office equipment, medical equipment, and many other areas where reverberant mounse is a problem.

The standard polyester foam is available in a variety of thicknesses, and can be suppplied with protective facings and pressure sensitive adhesive.

composi.tif (933360 bytes)Foam/Barrier Composites:

Composite materials incorporate a vinyl barrier with the standard absorbing foam to yield additional noise reduction.  The standard foam/vinyl/foam consists of a dense loaded vinyl barrier sandwiched between a thick absorbing layer of polyester foam and a thin decoupler layer of foam.

BarriersBarrier Material:

Acoustical barriers are manufactured from an industrial grade, loaded vinyl and are available in reinforced and non-reinforced versions.  They are  flexible and resistant to oil and chemicals.

Damping MaterialsDamping Sheets and Tiles:

Energy absorbing Damping Sheets are solid, flexible, and highly efficient. They reduce and control impact noise up to 20 decibels.

Absorbing BlanketsFiberglass Absorbing Blanket:

Vinyl faced absorbing blankets can be supplied in roll form or manufactured to a specific size per application.  Contact Tech Products for details

NeedlematHigh Temperature Needlemat:

Needlemat is a very durable material with a constant service temperature of 1200 degrees Farenheit.

hithrst.tif (60724 bytes)High Thrust Air Silencers:

High Thrust Air Silencers offer as much as 20 decibels of noise reduction for low noise, high thrust and maximum efficiency.

Exhaust SilencersExhaust Silencers:

Exhaust Silencers safely and economically reduce exhausted air noise up to 45 decibels.
