Damaged Items: If one or more of your items arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 1 business day of the receipt of your shipment. You may contact customer service via phone, 937-438-1100, or by email, email@example.com. We will require at least one photo of the damaged goods. You will be issued a claim number. Please keep the packaging as the carrier may want to inspect the package. At our discretion, we will ship replacements or provide a refund for any damaged items.

Other returns: All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and approval. Not all items are eligible for return. Please contact customer service for a claim number. Returned product should be shipped freight prepaid, F.O.B. our plant. Upon receipt and inspection, we will provide a 75% credit for all undamaged items.
